In order to create 25 pieces of unique short videos per month, we recommend a minimum of 2-3 one-hour videos. The volume of content needed is dependent on the client and the subject matter. Please schedule a complimentary strategy call with us to learn more and assess.

We work with you 1:1 to provide strategic guidance, breaking down your content to serve your business needs. We start off with a discovery call followed by a playbook review for your microcontent strategy.

For our DFY (done-for-you) service, we will deliver short videos – think YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok videos. These videos can be easily repurposed as LinkedIn and Twitter videos as well.

We no longer produce quote cards and audiograms as part of this service, so we can double down and focus on video content generating the highest impact and conversions for our clients.

We use our own AI software, PodIntellibence, to process up to 5 hours of your content as part of this service. We then prioritize and select 25 clips to produce as short videos.

You can choose to be more hands-on or off during this process.

As for editing, the process is dependent on the original source of content, all our short videos are vertical so it works well for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Vertical videos are the most versatile format across many platforms.

We adapt the client’s brand colors to create these videos including transitions, art cards, and other essential elements.

With that said, we choose not to over-edit videos with excessive transitions and visual elements as they will distract from the main idea and call to action. Please see the Examples of our previous client work.

If you haven’t decided where you want to share your videos, we are happy to help you navigate that decision.

Social platform algorithms change frequently. We have seen the most noticeable success with YouTube Shorts in 2023 so far, followed by LinkedIn (as most of our clients are in the business and tech sectors).

We can publish these videos on all of your platforms for 2-4 weeks, and then review the results with you to further optimize our strategy, such as double down on the most successful platforms in our future work.

We work with creators and business owners to play the long game. Most clients will see a very visible uptick in viewership, watch-time, and increase in subscriber count and newsletter sign-ups within the first 30 days.

In terms of business leads and prospects for products and services (i.e. contact form submissions, and appointment requests), we have witnessed them within the first 30 days, and the growth continues in the next 60-90 days.

Microcontent is very effective for a variety of businesses, but it’s not an overnight success. We recommend an engagement of 90 days (3 months) so it allows us to learn and optimize our strategy.

We also work with clients on a retainer basis year-round, if it suits their business needs.
